LINCOLN CITY RESERVES v LEEDS UNITED.

Lincoln City Reserves in a home match with Leeds United on Saturday had nearly everything to their advantage for the greater part of the game and scored two goals in each half. The first goal was obtained by Claxton after seventeen minutes, and the second by Beelafter twenty-six minutes. Leeds did their utmost to reduce the arrears, but their attacks laked finish, and after Beel had got Lincoln's third goal, ten minutes after the restart, they seemed to abandon all hope of scoring , and had all they could do to keep the lowestteam from getting through again. Unfortunately for them a foul occurred just in front of their own goal, and it was with the penalty kick that McCulloch put on Lincoln's fourth goal.
